At the 2011 Mobility Roadsow, Quest 88 launched the new Draisin
Loader to widespread critical acclaim. The loader is the
latest addition to the Draisin cycle range and has been
thoughtfully designed to enable power wheelchair users,
particularly those who have customised seats, to go cycling. With a
generous platform size all shapes and sizes of wheelchairs and
powerchairs can access the bike, opening the world of cycling to
people of all disabilities. The Loader is extremely stable and yet
surprisingly easy to pedal and steer given its size and function,
with manual and electrically assisted drives available as well as a
rider canopy.

"We knew the Draisin Loader would be popular but the level of
interest surpassed all expectations. On each of the three
days we were inundated with enquires from visitors ranging from
healthcare professionals and carers to members of the public and
the two demo models were rarely on the stand" commented Joint
Managing Director Robert Henshaw.
