Quest 88 is committed to opening up the world of cycling to
everyone, regardless of their level of disability.
As part of this ongoing programme Quest 88 teamed up with the
organisers of the 2011 Cycle Show to launch the Inclusive Cycling
Hub at this year's event.
The Hub in some ways was a bit of a risk for Quest88. After 23
years of exhibiting at healthcare related shows, this was the first
time we have gone to a mainstream show. Why do we call this a
mainstream show? Well we use this term because it has a wide
ranging appeal Sometimes healthcare shows, the equipment and the
initiatives they showcase, are still largely hidden
from society and so people can be forgiven for being ignorant
of the kinds of cycling opportunities and equipment that are
available.
